15 Minute Consultation
Every journey starts with a conversation, and this is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute conversation to see where you are on your journey. This conversation is relaxed and judgment-free to see if we're the right fit for one another.

Individual Sessions
One-on-one addiction and wellness coaching offered in a safe space while you start your healing journey.
$200/hr
Family & Couples Sessions
This is where a lot of families (spouses included) fall short when seeking help for a loved one battling addiction. It is just as important for the family to talk through their hopes, concerns, and expectations as it is for their loved one(s), while they also begin to heal from the damage caused from the past. Together, all involved will be heard, and I will guide you all using my lived experience from my perspective as well as the hundreds of people I have helped doing this work.

To keep your focus entirely on your wellness journey, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We make the administrative side of things as seamless and stress-free as possible.
Self-Pay
To protect your complete privacy and keep your care deeply personalized, we operate as a self pay provider. However, we want to help you maximize your resources. We gladly provide detailed documentation for every session so you can easily file for out-of-network reimbursement with your insurance provider.
